At LYDC London, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund policy ensures a smooth and transparent process.

Customers may initiate a return within seven (7) days from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return, the product must be unused and returned in its original condition with all tags, seals, and packaging intact. We attach a tamper-evident seal to each item, and any product with a broken or removed seal will not be eligible for return under any circumstances. Additionally, items that appear worn or used will not be accepted.

We arrange reverse pickups for approved return requests, and the return shipping cost is fully borne by LYDC London. No amount will be deducted from the customer's refund for return shipping.

Each order is eligible for only one exchange or return request. Once exchanged, the order cannot be returned or exchanged again.

Once the returned item has been received and verified at our warehouse, the refund will be initiated within 7-10 business days.
